Kansas City Event Rental business sells to Chicago company

All Seasons Event Rental, headquartered in Kansas City, Kansas, has sold to M&M Event Rentals of Chicago.

Founded in 1982, All Seasons operates from large, state-of-the-art facility, renting tents and components, bleachers, scaffolding, staging, tables, chairs, linens, table top items, catering equipment, lighting and décor, and other special event-related equipment to a commercial clientele, including corporate accounts, sporting events, universities, caterers, event planners, special event venues and festivals.

M&M is a portfolio company of Dubin Clark, a private equity group based in Boston. All Seasons represents M&M’s second acquisition since partnering with Dubin Clark.
