Wichita Distributor Sells Business to Leawood Private Equity Fund

Fairbank Equipment Inc, a Wichita-based distributor of application and control equipment used in agriculture and energy, has sold its business to Great Range Capital. Great Range Capital is a Leawood-based private equity fund, founded by two Kansas City area natives. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
