Westlake Ace Hardware Acquires Haggerty Ace Hardware

Westlake Ace Hardware announced it will acquire Haggerty Ace Hardware in New York. It is anticipated the purchase will be completed on January 19, 2020.

According to Westlake, it will be a seamless transition of ownership and the stores will retain management, store personnel, and the current product mix. Haggerty operates three locations in Otsego and Delaware counties.
