Vince & Associates Sells Business to The Altasciences Group

Overland Park-based Vince & Associates Clinical Research has sold its business to The Altasciences Group. Vince & Associates conducts early development clinical trials, and will remain in Overland Park, Kansas. Altasciences is based in Quebec, and provides early-stage clinical drug development services in Phase I and Phase II testing. The valuation of the transaction was not disclosed.
