Valutrust Solutions LLC Sells Business to WFG Lender Services

Overland Park-based Valutrust Solutions LLC, a technology development and services company that serves residential lenders, has sold its business to WFG Lender Services, which is owned by Golden Gate Capital. WFG is the fifth-largest title company in the nation. Valutrust's proprietary software produces automated appraisal management, flood certifications, tax certificates, automated valuation model reports, title and notary services. Valuation was not disclosed.
