UMB Sells Division to Principals

Kansas City based UMB Financial Corp has sold the Minneapolis based wealth-management firm, Marquette Asset Management a division of UMB, to three executive principals of MAM. President Chris Vernier, Managing Director Robert Rubenstein and Jean Gullickson, managing director and chief compliance officer purchased the division for an undisclosed amount. The three principals have worked for the company since 2005.
