TriCentury Bank Acquires New Branches

TriCentury Bank, headquartered in Simpson, KS has acquired two bank branches from Equity Bank in De Soto and Spring Hill, KS. TriCentury was founded in 1894, and has about $3.77 million in assets. When the acquisition is complete, TriCentury will move its headquarters to De Soto.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
