Sogeval Sells Business to Ceva Sante Animale – Lenexa is North American HQ

France-based Sogeval has sold its business to Ceva Sante Animale. Ceva Sante Animale is based in France, with North American headquarters in Lenexa, KS. Sogeval, previously a subsidiary of Sofiproteol, will become a subsidiary of Ceva, though Sogeval's biosecurity and nutrition business will remain with Sofiproteol. Ceva's Lenexa operation employs about 500 people.
