RESULTS Technology and Visionpace-IT Announce Merger

RESULTS Technology, a Managed Services Provider headquartered in Kansas City, MO, with offices in St. Louis, is merging with privately-held IT solutions provider Visionpace-IT of Independence, MO. The companies will do business under the name RESULTS Technology.

RESULTS Technology is a leading provider of proactive IT solutions for small and midsized businesses.  Founded in 1992, RESULTS’ full-service technology solutions include RESULTS Information Technology Administration (RITA™), a family of Managed Services that provides clients with the peace of mind that their network and the valuable data it holds are properly maintained and secure. This certification is the gold standard for service organizations and ensures that the firm’s controls have been strictly assessed by a third party auditor. Headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas, RESULTS Technology is consistently ranked as one of the best IT firms in both Kansas City and St. Louis. RESULTS Technology said merging with Visionpace-IT will expand its professional staff in Kansas City by 30 percent and broaden its portfolio of solutions for customers across the region including offering data center services. The Visionpace-IT team will move to the RESULTS Technology headquarters in Lenexa. This merger will make the resulting company one of the largest MSPs in the Kansas City metro area.

RESULTS Technology’s CEO John French said “Merging with Visionpace-IT is a significant strategic step in expanding RESULTS’ geographic coverage and adding skills and capabilities to support our clients. This transaction provides us with critical components to enter into a new phase of growth.”

Another benefit of the merger will be the the Visionpace-IT data center. “This will provide RESULTS the option to provide services differently than we have been doing, especially in the areas of off-site storage and hosting,” said French.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
