Printing/Marketing Firm Sells Business to DataSource

Integrated Document Solutions has sold its business to Kansas City-based DataSource. DataSource produces marketing materials, printing services and paper supplies to restaurants and banks, as well as the automotive industry. IDS provides printing and marketing services, as well as graphic design and direct mail services. The selling price was not disclosed.
