PlattForm Advertising Sells its Business to Sterling Partners

Lenexa-based PlattForm Advertising, a higher-education marketing company, has sold its business to private equity firm, Sterling Partners. PlattForm works with over 4,000 schools and has 330 employees. Financial terms were not disclosed.
