PlattForm Advertising Makes Acquisition

Lenexa-based PlattForm Advertising Inc has acquired Seelio, an education-based company. PlattForm is a marketing and enrollment recruitment company that serves colleges and universities around the world. Seelio Inc is a social media company founded in Ann Arbor in 2011, which allows college students to post their work in online portfolios. Seelio’s customers include the University of Michigan, the University of Toledo and West Virginia University. Student portfolios are intended to get students thinking about future careers early in their college experience, and can serve as employment tools in the future. The selling price was not disclosed.
