Pay-Less Acquires Lenexa Company

Lenexa, KS-based Federal Office Products Inc., has been acquired by Omaha-based Pay-Less Office Products. Federal has been in business for 30 years. Pay-Less is a large office products supplier that offers more than 30,000 products from office furniture to cleaning supplies. It plans to keep Federal’s clients and employees, and to create a showroom in Lenexa.
Terms of the acquisition were not released.
