Oncimmune USA LLC Sells Business to HDL Inc.

Oncimmune USA LLC, in De Soto, Kansas, has sold to HDL Inc. Oncimmune is a subsidiary of UK-based Oncimmune Ltd, and was purchased for an undisclosed price. HDL is based in Virginia. The acquisition will allow it to market and perform Oncimmune's lung cancer test.
