Oklahoma City Business Sells to Olathe Promotional Products Company

Partners N Promotion (PNP), a promotional marketing products company in Olathe, KS, has acquired Brilliant Impressions, a promotional products company based in Oklahoma City, OK.

PNP provides promotional marketing products and online corporate program services to nationally and locally based clients. The company has been in business for 10 years.

PNP’s client list ranges from small companies to Fortune 500 corporations. According to owner Vicki Clayman, “the acquisition of Brilliant Impressions expands our client base as well as our physical facilities, and will diversify our range of services. We are excited to be working with Brilliant Impressions’ clients and look forward to serving them with the same attention to detail and first-rate customer service that has made us a leader in this industry.”

All employees will be retained in the newly merged firm.

The company recently expanded its facilities footprint to accommodate its growing business with its newly purchased corporate headquarters and warehouse facilities located in Olathe, Kansas. In addition PNP has field sales offices to provide creative ideas and localized sales support throughout the country.

PNP, already a nation-wide firm, now has a stronger central U.S. position. The company hopes to further grow and diversify with other possible acquisitions in the future.
