OHS-Compcare Sells to U.S. HealthWorks

Seven OHS-Compcare clinics and two work sites in the Kansas City region have been sold to U.S. HealthWorks. U.S. HealthWorks owns and operates occupational health and urgent care centers. It now has 201 centers and worksites in 19 states, and employs more than 2,700 people. This is its first presence in Kansas and Missouri.
