Prairie Village, KS-based Netchemia LLC has sold its business to PeopleAdmin Inc. Netchemia was founded in 2012, and employs 120 people in the Kansas City area. Netchemia is the provider of TalentEd, the only unified, cloud-based suite of talent management solutions specifically designed to help K-12 organizations track and hire applicants, evaluate performance, and manage personnel processes and records. Netchemia also provides SchoolSpring, a career management platform and job board for K-12 educators. It is used in more than 2,000 school districts, including Kansas City, MO, Kansas City, KS, North Kansas City, Park Hill, Liberty, Blue Springs, Raytown, Turner, Piper, Basehor-Linwood, Leavenworth, Bonner Springs, DeSoto and more.

PeopleAdmin is based in Austin, TX, and was acquired by Vista Equity Partners last year. The company is the leader in talent management software for education and government, helping institutions save time, decrease costs, enhance visibility through improved reporting, and improve staff productivity and engagement.

PeopleAdmin will continue to offer TalentEd and SchoolSpring to the K-12 community, alongside its flagship product, SelectSuite®, the leading talent management solution for higher education and government. PeopleAdmin will continue supporting and expanding all three solutions as part of the company’s future product roadmap. The two companies combined will service more than 3 million educators and administrators nationwide.
