Merger Between Two Area Accounting Firms

Cillessen Financial LLC and Meridian Business Services LLC have joined forces. The merger will allow the group to not only offer tax and accounting consulting for individuals and small businesses, but to offer expanded services, such as outsourced CFO functions, audits/reviews, and payroll as well. The increased staff means more professionals with diverse experience and depth.
Meridian has offices in Leawood, Paola and Louisburg, and will open a new location in Overland Park. Cillessen has locations in Overland Park and Kansas City.
Terms of the merger were not disclosed.
