Top 40 supplier Stouse has acquired Kansas City, KS-based Magna-Plus, Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Marianne D’Amato and Tom Eaton have owned and operated Magna-Plus since starting the company in 1993. Stouse will be retaining Magna-Plus’ facility and workforce.

Stouse executives say the company continues to invest heavily in digital printing technology, acquiring three new digital presses this year. In addition, the New Century, KS-based supplier has revamped its entire digital marketing platform and expanded its product offerings. The company also plans to launch a highly customized and comprehensive line of paperboard folding cartons to serve the rapidly expanding market demand for personalization.
