Lenexa Company Sells Business to DataBank

Lenexa-based Arsalon Technologies, LLC has sold its business to DataBank Holdings Ltd in Dallas. DataBank is an information management and security company that provides custom data center and collocation services to enterprises and cloud providers in the U.S. Arsalon has about 30 employees and operates two data centers in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Following the deal, DataBank will operate about 20,000 sq. ft. of data center space in the Dallas, Kansas City and Minneapolis areas. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
