Lenexa-based U.S. Safety Sells Business to MCR Safety

U.S. Safety, based in Lenexa, Kansas, has sold to MCR Safety in Memphis. U.S. Safety is the operating division of Parmelee Industries, Inc. The company's products include safety eyewear, goggles, face shields and respirators. MCR also produces and sells similar safety gear and protective garments. The selling price was not disclosed.
