Renzenberger, a provider of ground transportation services to crew members in the rail, oil and gas, manufacturing and airline industries, has merged with Hallcon Corp. Hallcon is a similar company that provides services in North America and has a dominant presence in Canada. The two companies will operate under their individual brands.
