Labriola Baking Company Sells Business to Prairie Village Private Equity

A group of private equity funds led by Prairie Village, Kansas-based Plaza Belmont Management Group has purchased the Labriola Baking Company business. Labriola produces fresh and frozen artisan breads, and supplies restaurants and retail stores. The valuation of the terms was not disclosed.
