Kansas City’s WireCo Acquires Supplier

Kansas City-based WireCo WorldGroup has acquired the assets of Endenburg B.V. Endenburg produces steel wire ropes, shackles, fiber ropes and other products, and is well-known in the shipping, towing, construction and transport industries. The company was founded in 1855, and is based in Gouda, Netherlands.
WireCo Worldgroup is the world’s leader in manufacturing, engineering and distribution of wire rope, synthetic rope, specialized assemblies, wire products and electromechanical cable. The company has a global presence, with manufacturing and distribution centers in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
The acquisition price was not disclosed.
