Inergy LP and Crestwood Midstream Partners LP Merge

Kansas City-based Inergy LP and Crestwood Midstream Partners LP have merged to form Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. Inergy LP also reemerged under Cresrtwood Equity Partners. The combination has a total value of about $8 billion.
