iModules Sells Business to New York Firm

Leawood, KS-based iModules Software Inc. has been acquired by Leeds Equity Partners LLC. Leeds is a private equity firm located in New York City that is focused exclusively on investing in the education, training and information services industries.

iModules, which was founded in 2002, develops software to help universities, nonprofit organizations and corporations manage online communications, marketing and fundraising. Their suite of services helps clients achieve fundraising success through web content management, marketing communications, online giving, event management, ecommerce and social media integration. The company employs about 125 people, and has more than 800 clients. The existing management team is expected to remain in place.
