Kansas City, MO-based Foley Co. , a leader in mechanical contracting and general construction, has been acquired by Enerfab Power & Industrial, Inc. Foley Company, which delivers high-quality, specialized mechanical and construction services focused on water/wastewater, power, industrial, commercial, healthcare, fabrication and special projects, has been in business for more than 100 years. Foley Company consistently ranks as one of the top 100 specialty contractors and top 500 mechanical contractors in the country. Foley Company will keep its current name.

Foley currently employs about 250 people and is headquartered in Kansas City, MO, with one office in Nashville, TN. Both offices are expected to remain open. The company has certified fabrication facilities, including ASME R, PP, S and U weld certificates and an NQA-1 nuclear certificate.
