FoamPro Sells Business to The Sterling Group

The Sterling Group purchased FoamPro, a provider of foam firefighting systems, adding to the portfolio of a holding company that runs Belton-based R-O-M Corp. The Sterling Group acquired R-O-M Corp at the end of September, and merged it with Specialty Manufacturing Inc., to form Safe Fleet Acquisition.
