Ferrellgas Partners Makes Propane Acquisition

Overland Park-based Ferrellgas Partners LP has acquired Viking Propane, an independent propane company based in Madison, CA. This is the fourth propane acquisition for Ferrellgas the company’s fiscal year. Ferrellgas is one of the nation’s largest propane distributors, with customers in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Valuation was not disclosed.
