Education Recruiter Makes Acquisition

Prairie Village-based Netchemia LLC has acquired SchoolSpring Inc. Both companies help schools and districts recruit, hire, train and retain employees. SchoolSpring is located in the northeastern U.S. and works with more than 600 schools and districts. Netchemia has about 75 employees and works with more than 2,000 districts, school and education groups, including more than 20 in the Kansas City area. The selling price was not disclosed.
