Creative Courseware Sells Business

Prairie Village, KS-based Creative Courseware has been acquired by two individuals, one of whom is the daughter of one of the founders. Creative Courseware produces customized online and classroom training materials and offers documentation and consulting services. A primary focus is helping clients assess and package their intellectual property.
The new owners are Annie Swartz and Kyle Yamnitz, who will serve as president and vice president, respectively.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
