Cramer Products Inc. Sells Business to Performance Health Inc.

Gardner, Kansas-based Cramer Products Inc. has sold its business to Performance Health Inc. The valuation of the transaction was not disclosed. Cramer is a producer of analgesics, athletic training kids, tape, braces and other products, and is widely recognized in the sports medicine market. Performance Health, based in Akron, OH, is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of physical therapy products, and operates as a subsidiary of The Hygenic Corp. Cramer will keep its brand name and operations in Gardner and Hays, KS.
