Overland Park engineering firm Corporate Energy Consultants Ltd. has sold its business to Henderson Engineers Inc. Henderson is based in Lenexa, KS. The selling price was not disclosed. CEC specializes in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services for medical clients such as hospitals, outpatient-care facilities and medical office buildings.
