Condado Group Acquires Allshore

Kansas City, MO-based Condado Group, Inc. a software development and consulting firm, has acquired the business of Allshore Virtual Staffing.

Allshore is a software development staffing firm that has provided services to Condado Group for about five years. The company is located in Norman, Oklahoma, and employs about 100 people. It will continue to operate in Norman.

“We can now offer clients a turnkey solution to get software developed, with everything from ideation to requirements gathering, project management, actual software development, testing and training. We can do it soup to nuts for them now,” Condado COO Nitan Pai said.

Condado more than doubled its employees in 2015, totaling 19, with plans to increase staff and expand its cloud computing and software development services.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
