Chinese Ad Agency Sells Business to VML

Kansas City-based VML has acquired IM2.0 Interactive Group, a digital marketing agency with 230 employees in Beijing and Shanghai. Valuation of the transaction was not disclosed. The acquired company will be called VML IM2.0. VML has 22 offices worldwide and employs more than 1,700 people.
