Boss Industries, a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, L.P., announced the acquisition of the Commercial Assets of HIPPO Multipower. HIPPO manufactures and distributes one-of-a-kind mobile multipower solutions for utility, municipal, railroad, and industrial coating end markets.
