Bon Vital Sells Business to Performance Health Inc.

Performance Health Inc has added to its family of health-related products with the acquisition of Bon Vital. Performance Health is the parent company of Cramer Cos., based in Gardner, KS. In addition to Cramer analgesics and Bon Vital's topical massage therapy products, the group includes Biofreeze and TheraBand. All products will be cross-sold. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
