BOK Financial Group Acquires GTrust

BOK Financial Group announced its acquisition of Topeka-based GTrust Financial Partners. GTrust is a fee-only financial planning company currently managing $600 million in assets, with clients in 29 states. GTrust has offices in Topeka, Overland Park, Wichita, Marysville and Larned. BOK has more than 150 offices across the country. The deal is expected to close in late spring or early summer for an undisclosed selling price.
