BERKS Group Acquires Swiss-Tech

BERKS Group, a division of the St. Joseph, MO-based News-Press & Gazette Company, announced December 31, 2018 that it has completed the acquisition of Swiss-Tech, LLC.

Founded in 1965, Swiss-Tech manufactures low-to-medium volume, mission critical precision machined components for the medical, aerospace, and industrial end markets.

BERKS Group plans to stay busy in mergers-and-acquisitions markets during the next few years, investing hundreds of millions of dollars to diversify the Bradley family’s portfolio.

Swiss-Tech’s current management team will stay in place, continuing its strategic direction while maintaining a strong culture of continuous improvement.
