High Touch Technologies of Wichita Acquires Associate Solutions, Inc. of Lenexa

Associates Solutions of Lenexa Sells to Wichita Company

High Touch Technologies has acquired Associates Solutions, Inc., a Lenexa based technology company serving clients nationwide with a wide-ranging suite of products including Microsoft ERP software (Dynamics, GP, SL, CRM, SQL, Azure and Sharepoint) and Australian based ERP Acumatica. ASI’s capabilities further enhance High Touch’s current services: IT solutions, software solutions & software development, security solutions (cyber security, surveillance, and access control), business communications (including telephony and cabling) and website services. This acquisition expands High Touch’s presence in the Kansas City area; current Kansas City area High Touch employees will relocate to the existing ASI offices later in March. ASI will transition to the High Touch Technologies name over the next few months.

All ASI staff have been retained in the acquisition, including former owners Charley Pogue, Terrie Johnson, Mike Scott and Jason Lieb. ASI General Manager Scott Matteson is now General Manager over all High Touch’s Kansas City operations. High Touch’s Kansas City Market Manager Kristie Kennedy continues to focus on and serve clients in High Touch’s IT Solutions line of business.

The acquisition of ASI and its nearly 250 clients through the US significantly expands both the High Touch product portfolio and the capabilities of the High Touch team. High Touch now employs nearly 200 people across their six Midwest locations.
