Arrow Material Handling Products Sells Business to Kansas City Area Private Equity Firms

Arrow Material Handling Products, which manufactures and sells attachments for skid loaders, forklifts and other devices, has sold its business to a group of private equity firms. Kansas City-based B12 Capital Partners LLC; Leawood-based Kansas Venture Capital Inc.; Overland Park-based Midstates Capital LP; and two others out of the area. Valuation information was not disclosed.
