THE SELLING PROCESS

OUR EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE CAN HELP EASE THE PROCESS

Our primary focus is representing business owners to help them through the process of selling a business or acquiring a business. The companies we work with are typically small to mid-size companies in the $1 million to $50 million range. Selling clients are usually in the manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, and service sectors.

Selling a business is often a once in a lifetime occurrence. Without professional advice and direction, business owners are often negotiating a substantial part of their net worth alone and for the first time. In other words, this is an important step. Trust the experts at O'Keeffe and O'Malley to guide you through the process of selling a business. In the Kansas City area, we are the experts with 25+ years of experience in selling a business!

With our assistance our business clients in Kansas and Missouri make their own informed decisions when it comes to selling a business. The majority of our compensation is paid to us when - and only when - our business client says yes "sell my business" and close the deal.
