Kansas City, MO-based Valorem Consulting, a leading information technology consulting firm serving globally recognizable brands and other large enterprise clients throughout North America, announced that it has acquired IdentityMine, a globally recognized business and technology firm focused on interactive design and user experience (UX). The transaction demonstrates Valorem's commitment to strategically expanding its capabilities and geographic footprint.

Valorem’s services include cloud platform, custom development, CRM, digital strategy, enterprise social, portals, collaboration, data and analytics. With a client list of some of the world's largest and most recognizable brands, Valorem has also been named on the CRN Fast Growth 150 list, a NextGen Cloud Provider, and consistently ranks at the top of Microsoft's managed partners.

IdentityMine blends leading-edge design with top-notch expertise for Universal Windows Platform (UWP), Windows 10, mobile platforms, Surface Hub, Xbox, HoloLens, Oculus Rift, Samsung Gear VR, Google Cardboard, SmartGlass, Kinect for Windows, DirectX, Unity 3D, WPF, HTML5 Web, Azure and more.

"Like Valorem, IdentityMine brings deep user experience strategy and execution capabilities, an impressive client roster, and focuses primarily on Microsoft technologies," said Domnick Parretta, Managing Partner at Valorem. "The acquisition of IdentityMine further strengthens our ability to bring complex user experience and design solutions to market. This acquisition solidifies our service offerings and catalyzes us in becoming the go-to partner of choice for Microsoft customers."

Both companies were recently named to an exclusive short list of Microsoft HoloLens HoloLens Program Partners. "As a combined company we are leading the way in the area of mixed reality working with enterprise clients to create holographic experiences in real world environments that shape the future of their business," said Justin Jackson, Managing Partner at Valorem. "Microsoft and its customers look confidently to us to take them to the cloud and beyond."

The acquisition will increase Valorem’s market presence in the Pacific Northwest by adding a Seattle office. Its international presence will include offices in Kochi, India and Herrliberg, Switzerland.

Valorem’s leadership team will continue to function as it does today with Domnick Parretta and Justin Jackson as Managing Partners. IdentityMine Co-Founder Mark Brown will join Valorem in a key leadership role, reporting directly to Domnick Parretta. IdentityMine Co-Founder David Meunier also joins Valorem as a strategic consultant.

"Valorem is well known for its expertise in Azure and other cloud technology solutions," said Brown. "We found common ground in our similar approach to delivering amazing client experiences and cultural values which made this transaction possible. We are thrilled to join forces with the talent and capabilities of Valorem."
