Terracon Consultants Acquires California Engineering Firm

Olathe, KS-based engineering firm Terracon Consultants Inc. has acquired Neil O. Anderson and Associates Inc. Anderson, based in Lodi, California, is a geotechnical, environmental and materials testing engineering firm specializing in energy, geotechnical instrumentation, geophysical methods, federal highways, and aquatic facility design services for the private and public sectors. The company was founded in 1991, and has additional offices in Sacramento and Concord, California. Terracon will retain all employees in the three offices. The newly acquired company will operate as Neil O. Anderson and Associates, A Terracon Company. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
