Pivot International to Acquire DigiTron

Lenexa, KS-based Pivot International plans to acquire DigiTron Technologies, Inc. Pivot International offers design and manufacturing services, as well as a suite of complementary services to get products to market.
DigiTron specializes in building electronic and electromechanical assemblies, from prototype circuit boards to box build assemblies. The company currently employs 17 employees in a 14,000-square-foot facility in Shawnee, KS.
The acquisition will expand Pivot’s manufacturing capabilities in the U.S., and provide quicker manufacturing turnaround times. Pivot anticipates adding more jobs as manufacturing opportunities increase.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
