Nueterra Acquires Callaway Community Hospital

Leawood-based Nueterra has acquired Callaway Community Hospital. Nueterra has partnered with University of Missouri Health Care, but own 65%, making it the majority owner.
Nueterra is a global health care management company that develops and implements solutions that allow clients to deliver better quality care through connectivity, integration and collaboration.
Callaway Community Hospital is located in Fulton, MO. The hospital operates as a 37-bed acute care facility. The acquisition will provide funding for improvement projects.
The selling price was $6 million.
