Multi Service Technology Acquires Avinode

Overland Park, KS-based Multi Service Technology Solutions Inc. has acquired the  majority interest in Avinode AB. Multi Service Technology is a leader in aviation management software technology and card processing solutions. The company was founded in 1978, and serves fleet, government and commercial clients. It has offices in Mexico, the Netherlands, Australia, and employs 300 people at its Overland Park headquarters.

Avinode provides online tools for buying and selling air charter. The Avinode Marketplace, with more than 3,000 accessible aircraft, helps air charter brokers and other industry customers find the best aircraft matches for trips, based on pricing and real-time availability. The company is based in Gothenberg, Sweden, and has offices in Miami, FL and Portland, OR.
