MedTrak Acquire Connect Health

Overland Park-based MedTrak Services, a division of EnvisionRx, has acquired Connect Health Solutions of Denville, New Jersey. This is the second acquisition announced in a month by MedTrak, as it recently purchased Smith Premier Services of South Carolina.
MedTrak was founded in 1999, and offers pharmacy benefits plans to midsize, self-insured employers. The acquisition allows Connect Health Solutions to benefit from the MedTrak service infrastructure and customized clinical programs, and to offer an expanded set of products and services to customers.
Connect Health Solutions will continue to operate out of its New Jersey location.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
