Kansas City’s largest printer buys St. Louis firm

Henry Wurst, Inc. announced it has bought the St. Louis firm of Universal Printing. Henry Wurst is the largest printer in the KC area and is based in North Kansas City.
Universal’s production facilities will be moved to Kansas City, but customer service and account management will stay in St. Louis. Universal, which was the largest printer in the St. Louis area, plans to lay-off 102 employees.
