GE Sells Overland Park Air Filtration Business

General Electric Co.'s Power & Water Division has sold its Overland Park-based air filtration business to Clarcor Inc. The selling price was about $265 million. The business is a supplier of air filtration systems and filters used in gas turbine generators and other industrial applications. It has about 700 employees worldwide and produces annual revenues of about $230 million.
